DLVRIT.ai provides video finishing services including colour correction, mixing, QC, and delivery. Once payment is made, you'll receive a single-use secure link to upload your content. After review, we will complete the requested services and return the final files to you.
All payments are handled securely via Stripe. Services are priced per minute of content. Work begins only after payment has been successfully processed.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate copyright or contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material. DLVRIT.ai reserves the right to reject uploads at our discretion.
If no specific delivery format or broadcast specification is provided by the client, DLVRIT.ai will deliver the final file as a DNxHR HQX .MXF via download link to the sender. This format is chosen for its high quality and consistency, and it can be transcoded to other formats as needed. It represents the most robust option for a wide range of professional workflows.
We aim to deliver work promptly. Turnaround times may vary depending on complexity and workload. If the service is temporarily paused, a notice will be displayed on our website before you place an order. You'll be notified if any delays are expected.
All creative decisions are carried out by experienced professionals. We use utility AI tools where appropriate to support and streamline our workflows — but creative work is never outsourced to automated systems. To the best of our knowledge, any AI tools we use are ethically developed and trained without the use of copyrighted material.
Your uploaded files and project information are only used for completing the requested services. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with any third-party services for such purposes. All content remains private and is handled securely by our team during the job.
DLVRIT.ai is a no-revisions, one-way delivery service for content that is ready to be finished. By uploading files and making payment, you confirm your project is final and suitable for finishing without creative input or changes. Refunds will not be issued if incorrect or incomplete materials are provided, or if the service is misunderstood. Refunds are only considered if we are unable to complete the work due to an internal issue.
You retain full ownership of all files and materials submitted. DLVRIT.ai does not claim any rights over your content and will only use your files to perform the requested services. We may retain working files temporarily for quality assurance but will delete them once the job is complete.
Uploaded files and completed projects are retained for a limited time, typically 14 days after delivery, after which they are securely deleted. Please ensure you download and back up any delivered files promptly.
We take care with your content, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
