The better your prep, the better the polish.
🚀 Easiest Option – Just send us your final cut:
- A single high-quality video file of the final cut (UHD resolution or lower)
- Must match the duration you’ve paid for. If it doesn’t, we’ll request an additional payment before work starts
- No tech headaches, we’ll get to work as soon as it's received
🎯 Want to give us more to work with?
- Include both texted and textless video files
- Send separate audio stems (VO, music, FX) clearly labelled
🎛️ For advanced users – give us full control:
- Consolidated project file from your NLE with media in native resolution and framerate
- Separate audio AAF file for final mix
- Low Res reference video/audio file with burnt-in timecode showing the full locked cut
⚠️ A few things to keep in mind:
- This service is for finishing and final delivery only, not creative back-and-forth
- We currently support SDR picture and stereo audio delivery only (UHD resolution or lower)
- We’ll do the best we can with whatever you send, but better prep = better results
- If we need to deliver to specific broadcast specifications, please include the documents outlining those specs in your upload, along with any other assets we’ll need to complete the job
- If we can’t complete the job due to complications with assets or missing info, we’ll refer the project to one of our trusted post production partners who can advise on next steps and any additional costs
